Return Policy

This Return Policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase and how to return products when you buy from Quolrixxlyux (“we”, “us”, “our”) via the website quolrixxlyux.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and is intended to comply with EU and Dutch consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Directive and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek)).

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or such third party) take physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post to the address above). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not required to reimburse the cost of return shipment unless we have agreed to do so or are required to do so under applicable law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In practice, this means you should return the product in its original packaging where possible and in the same condition as received. If the product has been opened or used beyond what is necessary to check the product (e.g. opening a sealed bottle or using a significant quantity), we may deduct an amount for diminished value in accordance with the law, or we will inform you before doing so.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Dutch law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (where applicable):
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. sealed food supplements that you have opened). In such cases, you may only lose the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken, depending on the product and national implementation of the law.
- Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Perishable goods.
For food supplements: if the product is sealed and you unseal it, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply in some jurisdictions because the product is then unsuitable for resale for health and hygiene reasons. We will inform you on the product page or at checkout if any such exception applies. If in doubt, contact us before opening the product.
5. How to return the product
To return a product after withdrawing from the contract:
- Contact us by email (info@quolrixxlyux.world) or phone (+31202357822) to inform us of your withdrawal and, if you wish, to request return instructions or a return label (if we offer one).
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include any documents we have sent you (e.g. order confirmation or return form).
- Send the product to the address we provide (our business address above or a returns address we specify). We recommend using a trackable delivery service so you have proof of sending.
- Keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund.
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. If you do not return it in time, we may still accept it at our discretion, or we may deduct costs or refuse reimbursement where permitted by law. We will notify you when we have received the returned product and when the refund has been processed.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong product, you are entitled to a remedy under the law (e.g. repair, replacement, or price reduction), and the above withdrawal right is without prejudice to such rights. Please contact us as soon as possible and describe the defect or error. We may ask you to send photos or other evidence. We will arrange for return at our cost where the product is defective or incorrect and will send a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or withdrawal, please contact us and we will try to resolve the matter. You may also have the right to refer the matter to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to the competent courts in the Netherlands. Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law remain unaffected.
9. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. For existing orders, the policy in force at the time of the order applies. We encourage you to review this page before placing a new order.
